These Terms of Service govern the use of the Aitoa platform operated by Furrfect Pets LLC.
Use of Service
Aitoa provides workflow automation tools for managing revenue operations. Users are responsible for the actions configured within their workflows.
Accounts
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining account security.
Third-Party Integrations
The platform may integrate with third-party services including Google, Slack, and HubSpot. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
The platform uses the following additional third-party providers to deliver its services:
- Twilio — Voice and messaging infrastructure for SMS, WhatsApp, and AI voice calls.
- ElevenLabs — AI voice agent technology powering outbound AI calling.
- Tavus — AI video conversation technology powering the AI Demo feature.
- WarmupInbox — Email mailbox warm-up service used by users who connect their sending mailbox for warmup.
- Cloudinary — Cloud media storage for files and videos uploaded within the platform.
- Apollo — Optional lead enrichment and sourcing integration.
Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and acceptable use policies.
Messaging, Calling, and Outreach Channels
AITOA enables the following outreach channels as part of workflow automation:
- Email — Sent via connected Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP accounts on behalf of the authenticated user.
- SMS — Sent via AITOA's Voice and Messaging infrastructure (powered by Twilio). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on user-configured workflows. Text STOP to opt out. Text HELP for support.
- WhatsApp — Sent via AITOA's Voice and Messaging infrastructure. Subject to WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy.
- AI Voice Calls — Outbound AI-powered voice calls placed to leads via AITOA's AI Calling feature. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for the purpose of logging call outcomes.
- AI Video Demo — Personalised interactive AI video sessions delivered to leads via a shareable link as part of AITOA's AI Demo feature.
User Responsibilities for Outreach
Users are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring all outreach conducted through AITOA complies with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and any other regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.
- Obtaining any legally required consent from leads before sending SMS, WhatsApp, or initiating AI voice calls.
- Ensuring lead data imported into AITOA (via CSV, CRM integrations, Google Sheets, Apollo, or other sources) was lawfully collected.
- Complying with carrier requirements and CTIA guidelines for commercial messaging.
AITOA provides the infrastructure for outreach automation but does not review, approve, or assume responsibility for the content of messages sent by users or the consent status of their lead lists.
Prohibited Uses
Users may not use AITOA to:
- Send unsolicited messages to consumers (non-business recipients) without required consent.
- Violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or any applicable anti-spam or telemarketing law.
- Send messages containing prohibited content as defined by Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy or CTIA guidelines.
- Use AI calling or AI video demo features to deceive recipients as to the automated nature of the communication where disclosure is legally required.
Payments
Paid plans are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan.
Limitation of Liability
Furrfect Pets LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
